The Boston Celtics should seriously consider signing injured vet guard Damian Lillard. Or at least that is the point of view coming from one of the hosts of the CLNS Media “The Big Three NBA” podcast, A. Sherrod Blakely, Gary Washburn, and Kwani Lunis.
The intellectual author of that perspective is none other than Washburn, who opened up about how he feels regarding a rumored potential partnership between Dame and Boston that both sides supposedly have some level of interest in. What is the case for bringing on Lillard given his long recovery ahead of a torn Achilles tendon given star Boston forward Jayson Tatum is already dealing with the same injury?
