Worst Cooks in America Honors Anne Burrell After Death

“Anne was a beloved wife, sister, daughter, stepmother, and friend—her smile lit up every room she entered,” her family—including husband Stuart Claxton, stepson Javier, mother Marlene and sister Jane—shared with E! News in a statement. “Anne’s light radiated far beyond those she knew, touching millions across the world. Though she is no longer with us, her warmth, spirit, and boundless love remain eternal.”

Meanwhile, Gigi Hadid—who teamed up with the chef during a 2023 episode of Beat Bobby Flay—emphasized what a pleasure Burrell was to work with.

“I wish we could have done it all again,” she said of their joint TV appearance in an Instagram Story. “She was awesome. Rest in Peace Legend.”
